Collecting Personal Information:
Sometimes we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. Generally, we ask for this information when you register for the Inner Reach service.
Database:
The Inner Reach Health Information Gathering System (HiGS)* contains two databases: a User Account Database and a Assessment Results Database.
User Account Database:
The user Account database is for authentication purposes. Personal information such as user’s name, address, username which is the e-mail address and account password are kept in the User Account Database. This information is kept secure from other parts of the Inner Reach System and limits occasions for data corruption.
Assessment Results Database:
The assessment Results Database combines some of the information from the User Account Database with descriptions of all Inner Reach Assessments, Questions and Symptoms. The Assessment Results Database also contains a user’s results to particular Assessments and Questions.
Users may review or update their information by logging onto the site and updating or changing their personal information. We ask our users to provide their e-mail addresses and passwords at log-in for security purposes.
Use of Personal Information:
We use your personal information for limited purposes, such as;
- To make the site easier to use by not requiring the entering of personal information more than once.
- To provide an experience customized to you.
- To help us create and deliver content most relevant to you.
- To report health care trends within companies to the company. Users are not identified to the company.
