Richard Reniers, Consultant at Inner Reach has spent his 35 year career in the insurance and investment industries. Holding a general principal’s securities license (series: 24, 7, 65), Richard was responsible for recruiting and developing several New York Life insurance and investment agencies in New Mexico and Oklahoma and for the Oklahoma office at Sun Life of Canada, ranging from 30 to 100 representatives.
After leaving the agency system within New York Life, Richard transferred to Nylacore, a subsidiary of New York Life as a Regional Vice President to help develop the Davis Bacon division. After 3 years, the entire healthcare division at New York Life was sold to Aetna, which included the Davis Bacon division.
Richard holds an Associate Degree in Military Science from the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM (1967-1971) and studied Marketing Business towards a BS degree (1971-1973) at Eastern New Mexico University. Additionally, he received numerous certificates in advanced underwriting from both New York Life and Sun Life.
Mr. Reniers is a valuable part of the Inner Reach management team. Combining his sales experience, his team leadership merged with his insight into the vision of marketing new product concepts, he is a unique member of the Inner Reach team.

Jay Kramer’s background includes 30 years of systems experience in various sales/marketing management positions. Mr. Kramer has trained over 2000 professionals in the technology industry and was the chief architect behind the development of an industry certification program for the network storage industry involved in the protection of information assets. He has served as VP of Training, VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development, VP of Marketing; and conducted seminars at medical and technology industry conferences. Mr. Kramer successfully deployed network attached storage solutions into the health care industry, which is now a multi-billion dollar technology industry.
Mr. Kramer managed a Sales Operation focusing on consulting, implementing and supporting Hospital Information Systems (HIS) to the health care industry. He successfully focused on early adoption of network storage technology in the medical imaging marketplace, demonstrating medical imaging and telemedicine over distance with a real-time heart beat between surgeons utilizing Fibre Channel technology at leading technology conferences. Mr. Kramer currently serves on the executive committee of several technology conferences addressing the topic of data protection for cloud and on-premise customer environments which is instrumental to access, privacy and security to digital medical information assets for HIPAA regulatory compliance. His background provides a nice transition for the Inner Reach real time e-heath information gathering delivery model and its presence in the marketplace.

Networking Data Storage Consultant and Financial Analyst
Steve Denegri joined Inner Reach as a Networking Data Storage Consultant and Financial Analyst in November, 2014. An independent consult since 2004, Steve Denegri has 20 years overall experience in networking storage and as a financial analyst in the assisting of companies with maximizing value, capital allocation, and strategic positioning.
Over the years, he helped bring a number of companies public that were involved with the computer storage industry. His areas of specialization include Company Valuation, Financial Modeling & Forecasting, Margin Enhancement, Value Creation, Expense Control, Strategic Advisory, Competitive Analysis, and Asset Management.
In 2014, Mr. Denegri facilitated the CS3 Inc., acquisition of Sibley Solutions LLC, (providing a wide array of HVAC and contracting services). In 2006, he was on the advisory board of Sierra logic at the time of its acquisition by Emulex for $180 million.
Prior to 2004, Mr. Denegri was a senior financial analyst at two investment banks - Morgan Keegan as First Vice President of Storage Networking Research, and the Capital Markets Group of the Royal Bank of Canada where he specialized in industry research that covered both enterprise computing and data center infrastructure. While at these banks, he worked extensively with the press and with investors and also hosted investor conferences that included public and private companies.
Early in his career (and occasionally today) Mr. Denegri worked in consulting and speaking roles with various computer industry trade and standards organizations including the SCSI Trade Association, Fibre Channel Industry Association, and Storage Networking Industry Association, as well as with ANSI T10 and T11 communities.
Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Lumen Civitatis, a charitable organization located in Memphis, TN where he is the managing director and a co-founder. A published author and co-author of numerous articles and White Papers, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Christian Brothers University, Memphis, TN (1992) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis (1995).

Executive Director of International Business
Gabriela Canepa is the liaison for Latino and world areas of e-health markets for Inner Reach Corporation’s national and international business.
She holds a Master of Public Administration Degree from Harvard University and was Mason Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government (Cambridge, MA) She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Lima, Peru. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Peru).
In the states, she is a Certified Appreciative Inquiry instructor and a Certified Health Interpreter (CHI™) Spanish-English by the Commission for Certification of Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) in Washington, DC. Multilingual (fluent in English and Spanish and familiar with French, Italian and Portuguese) she works extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, Central and North America and the Caribbean.
Her career has been in Program Design and Management, Fundraising, Training, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management in governments, international organizations, and local governments’ organizations.
For 17 years, Ms. Canepa was the Executive Director for Breaking Barriers Inc., a Senior Director of Education Development Center at EDC. Prior to that, she was the Director of Global Program for Oxfam America, managing the overall direction for US and international programs in 31 countries with a $7 million annual budget.
Other experience includes: Executive Director for Environmental Leadership training in the field of environmental education. She was the Family Health Officer at US Agency for International Development, USAID, Peru, working as the initiator of a program serving over 50,000 people with the first integrated development program that included primary health, reproductive health and micro-lending; other groups for HIV/AIDS’ prevention/response as well as for the Foundation for Hospices of Sub-Sahara Africa, New York. In addition to Inner Reach, at the present time Ms Canepa also serves as a Certified Health Interpreter consultant to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, MA.
Julie A. Kembel, M.S. Ed.

Director of Health Education and Training
Holding a Master of Science degree in Education, Julie Kembel is a health educator and corporate trainer with more than 35 years experience in schools, universities, professional associations, training seminars, government, corporate settings, and the health resort industry. She developed/delivered educational and therapeutic treatment programs within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at a University in Washington for 13 years, served as Education Director for a prestigious health and fitness resort in Arizona for 12 years, and provided employee development programs for city government human resource departments.
On the faculty at a University in Arizona, Ms Kembel provided training seminars for students in medicine, psychology, and nutrition. She authored several books on health and wellness, smoking cessation, food habit management, and personality and communication. She served for many years on the Advisory Board of Vitality magazine. As Director of Health Education and Training, Ms. Kemble writes educational and training materials for Inner Reach; trains the Inner Reach Product Support Services team for its customer relations component; and provides seminars and heath education opportunities related to HiGS for Inner Reach customer corporations/employees and organizations/members.
